The demo models may have some marks and signs of use however these Pulse Series and Statement Next Gen Models in all cases are in very good condition and sold as a demonstrator with full demo model warranty. 2 Years.

If you are after an older ZEN Gen 3 series model, there are some products available however they will be sold with a reduced warranty for store demo products. This does not crossover to traded in or pre-loved products. There may be some warranty remaining however best reach out and ask.
