The Innuos PULSE series brings you the Innuos experience whether you want to mostly play music from streaming services like Qobuz or TIDAL or whether you just want another zone in your home connected to your main music server. The Innuos PULSE Network players can be used in two different modes:
– In Standalone mode, you are able to use the Innuos Sense app to play streaming services, Internet Radio and music stored on a NAS to a multitude of audio systems. In this mode, the network player becomes the centre of your audio system, enabling also to use the Sense app with other streamers on your network. You will benefit from all the features of the Sense App including:
TIDAL and Qobuz integration including Artist Bios, Related Artists, Top Tracks and more.
Ability to manage TIDAL and Qobuz albums together with albums stored on a NAS for a unified Music Library

– In Endpoint Mode, the PULSE Network Music Players connect to a main Music Server, be it an Innuos Music Server, HQ Player or any Logitech Media Server based server. The PULSE will then show as a zone on the respective music server app and you will use that app to browse and play music on the Pulse Network Music Players.

Typical IT network switches/routers are designed with the sole purpose of taking data from A to B with a noise floor and precision that is "enough" for the rate of transmission. This is fine for data networks but when sensitive components such as DACs and Pre-Amplifiers are involved, it will have an audible impact on sound quality. PhoenixNET can improve sound quality when used with nearly any audio component, even our flagship STATEMENT music server/streamer.
The PhoenixNET is the realization of Innuos' philosophy of simplicity and signal purity applied to the network switch. Having started with improvements to the Ethernet ports' clock on our flagship Statement, Innuos has now brought the concept to a network switch design that focuses exclusively on audio use for musical details that stand out, a blacker background, better instrument separation and realism.

Innuos Music Servers allow connecting to different types of music systems. Depending on the type of connection used, you will need different apps in order to browse and play music on your Music Server. Generally, there are 4 main options:
Music Server connected directly to a Digital to Analog Converter (DAC);
Music Server connected to UPnP Streamer(s) via Ethernet network;
Music Server connected to Sonos Wireless Speakers;
Music Server as a Roon Core or Roon Bridge.
Now InnuOS Version 2.6+ allows you to play directly from a connected USB storage device plus much more.
Version 3.0 and above is available now but may not be available to GEN 1 or GEN 2 models
